CryptoLicense.ge is an independent professional-services platform. We prepare and coordinate the applicant's legal, compliance and operational work; the National Bank of Georgia conducts the registration review, while the VASP and its administrators operate the business.
Advice, implementation or both
Some clients have a capable product and compliance team and need only a perimeter opinion, document review or NBG filing workstream. Others need the Georgian company, governance, AML implementation, local recruitment, provider coordination, system evidence and launch plan delivered together. We scope the route that fits the starting point instead of forcing every project into one package.
How we work with founders
The first conversation focuses on services, customers, countries, ownership, assets, technology and launch assumptions. We then identify immediate red flags and issue a written proposal with deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies and a capped professional fee. The official registration fee and third-party costs are separated.
During delivery, decisions and evidence are controlled through a project register. Legal, AML, people and technology outputs are reconciled before translation or filing. Where a provider, candidate or assumption is not credible, we say so and document the redesign rather than conceal the dependency.
