Regulatory counsel controls the perimeter and legal evidence; the AML lead translates risk into customer and transaction controls; the governance lead builds accountable people and presence; and the technology lead connects systems, providers, logs and demonstrations. A shared decision register prevents one workstream from changing a fact that another has already used.
Founders, administrators, product owners and responsible client staff approve assumptions, provide source material and learn the system they will operate. Our role is to design, coordinate, test and document the build while the VASP's management makes the business decisions.
Projects may require certified translators, accountants, tax advisers, recruiters, security testers, auditors, software providers, banks, custodians or liquidity venues. Their responsibilities, costs, evidence requirements and decision points are shown separately in the project plan.
The written proposal identifies the engagement lead, specialist functions, client decision-makers, deliverables and communication rhythm. Individual biographies and professional credentials are provided for the people assigned to the accepted engagement.
