Questions we address in this workstream
The prescribed dossier must satisfy Georgian-language requirements. Foreign corporate, criminal-record and other public documents may require recent issuance, apostille or legalisation and certified Georgian translation, depending on the document and issuing country.
The statutory period begins after a complete filing containing the required information and documents. It should not be confused with the earlier months that may be needed for classification, ownership evidence, staffing, systems, testing, translation and dossier reconciliation.
The request should be logged against the evidence matrix, assigned to responsible owners and checked across the complete dossier before response. A quick isolated answer can create contradictions in the business plan, AML framework, staffing or system description.
The applicant should be ready for supervisory access to its head office, responsible people, records and functioning electronic system. We prepare the evidence route and rehearse representative customer, transaction, monitoring, reporting and incident scenarios.
Under the agreed scope, we control the Georgian-language dossier, question register, evidence owners, legal and operational consistency, translations and response drafts. Management approves factual statements and remains responsible; the NBG alone decides the application.
